Kelly Offman, 10/27/75- 07/22/04
Kelly Ray Offman has passed on. He was my beautiful soul mate, husband, and the best friend I have ever had, who proposed to me at last year's Stunt Fest in Fl and won the amatuer competition, some may remember. He is sorely missed, at peace and is stunting the hell out in heaven as we speak! We are setting up a trust fund for his 2 children, any one interested contact me, his wife, at portauthority@ aol.com or PM me here. OMG....I remember seeing him propose to you.
I am so sorry for your loss, and his families loss.
