just puttin this out there , Jason from Evasive is planning a ride in memory of Tim Peterson, I hope he doesn't get pissed at me for posting this , but i just want people to have time to plan to attend. Hopefully the ride will be on the weekend of the 19th. When I hear something definate I will post it up .

 

I'll be there. I'll be trailering my bike down too. I knew Tim through Joe. Tim was a great guy. He is terribly missed and I, as well as most of his friends I'm sure, look foward to being able to ride in his honor.

 

You can count me in for sure.....I am sure Jason won't get upset that you posted this....but maybe you should post in EA forum as well

Ok, as of right now, we are still planning this ride. It has been a little difficult since we live in Virginia and are not very familiar with scene down here in Tampa. Tentatively, we plan to meet at 10:00a.m. but we’re still not sure where everyone should meet. From there we’d like to ride by Tim’s crash site but again we aren’t sure where we should take the rest of the ride. Ultimately, we would like to end up at Barnacle’s in Brandon to eat lunch with Tim’s family. We apologize for not having these details hammered down sooner then this, but as I said, it has been a little difficult to set this up being so far away. Thanks to everyone for showing interest. We are hoping to have the meeting location by tomorrow (Saturday, 20 Dec) so we can have it announced at the Trickin for Tots II. By the way, if you have any ideas for the ride, Joe and me will be the only two idiots at the Toy’s Ride with Virginia plates on yellow/black GSXRs. Thanks again; we will definitely have these details posted by Saturday afternoon.

WHAT: Memorial Ride for Tim Peterson
MEET WHEN: 10:30 - 11:00 a.m., December 20
MEET WHERE: Barney's of Brandon (right on Hwy 60 across form the Burger King)
DETAILS: From Barney’s we will ride to Tim's crash site first (arriving approx. 11:30a.m. in case anyone misses us at Barney’s). The rest of the route will be determined. We should end up at Barnacles Restaurant in Brandon around 12:00p.m. to eat lunch. Tim’s family will be in attendance.
