ROC means Ride Of the Century, it's what they do in St Louis. Look it up on youtube. 2007 has the best footage by Streetfighterz. Check it out, it's insane!

I took a few minutes to check out Google Maps and search around different places.

This place has a huge parking lot behind them with around 900+ parking spaces. Not sure what it's for, seems like a school or something, but a phone call or two and we'd know for sure and find out if it'd be ok to park in there.

Or how about any of the major malls? Food courts would be cheaper and quicker than Wing House or Hooters. And there'd be enough parking.

I know there are alot of you guys in O-town, what about where your local bike nights are held? If you give me the names of the places I don't mind calling myself and finding out if they'd have any problem with it.

But we need to set a date! do we want to wait until Jan when Stuntwars is going on?

 

+100 thats funny cause every ride we go on in WI or IL i gota stop at every gas station and then play catch up but if i was i FL id make the ride just change the gears.

I'm down coming from st. louis the ride of the century is like nothing you can imagine ..... I think we should try and get the streetfighterz on board cause they no how to one throw a party and two throw a RIDE and plus (its cold up there and half way warm hur). AS for a name if we get the street fighterz on board they should call it R.O.C. SOUTH and there is plenty of places to promote if we get it organized but as stated earlier the way the pull of R.O.C. is only a select few no the route (that way the police have no idea where to wait) IF you guys are serious here's my number I have set up some big rides in florida (nothing compared to R.O.C but always fun) 386-631-0451 and we can talk and get this set up .I will also call the street fighterz and some other groups to see if we can make this a nation wide instead of state wide thanks cj

Finally sounds like someone else is being serious about this. I thought alot about it when I first posted this thread but as you can see, it's just a bunch of guys willing to go, but noone else interested in organizing it. And I'm a nobody in this scene, but I'm willing to spend some time to make this happen. Getting the Streetfighterz on board is a great idea.

 

Im an editor of a Florida based sportbike/stunt magazine due out dec.1, I can print up something in it, its a monthly mag, FREE, and we will be doing around 15000 copies a month, so its a great form of exposure, i just gotta make it look not so rebelious, being that i deal with alot of big names, so dont wanna be at fault if all hell breaks loose. We also own FULLTHROTTLE AND NIGHTMOVES, one is a harley mag, and the other is a strip club/ **** shop directory type mag, so we have plenty of experience spreading word... someone send me some info on exactly when this is gonna pop off, and i will do my part to make it known..

 

PatOG1300, thanks for the input and offer, I'll keep it in mind, as it may work out well, but as some have mentioned it may not be smart to have everyone(cops mostly) know about the when/where, especially if it get's out of hand.

Although without getting the word out, other than stuntlife.com, I don't think there will be enough people to consider it as a major ride. As for a date, we've mentioned going during stuntwars in Jan, since people will be in town from all over. We just need to set the date. Then everything else will fall into place.

 

i like his thoughts, if you guys are serious ill promote the **** outta this.. just give me some details... How about a big meet friday night after stuntwars practice is over? Like Friday the 16th? We could find a winghouse or hooters to meet up and ride out from there?

 

If wwe get a spot on lock to where we are going to end the ride we can publish that who cares if the cops know where we are going to end up ! (As long as they dont know were we are going is the key) .. K-7 if you will cal me and give me list of names or vunues who u think could handle this in orlando i will do my part on contacting some groups .. Then once we have that we can plan the event out and have an awsome ride!!!!
