you know what happened to me one time, i bought a f4i that was wrecked no front end no good wheels or subframe pretty much 70% junk. But i called about the frame and ended up there was a lein of 6200 on it still. well i called the loan company and told them how i got it and told them the condition of. they told me first that they were going to send a tow truck to come get it, then i offered to settle for a price to buy it. well i emailed the company a picture of the bike and they said it was only worth 300 dollars to them at the scrap yard, so after a month of so they called me up and told to me that they will settle with that 300 dollars to release ownership to me.. it was a bitch but i got a 300 f4i... maybe you could do that, they might just give it to you

i doubt he called the cops, hes just mad and wants his money back. what is he gonna tell them that he bought a frame with no title and now wants his money back, they would tell him hes an idiot.

 

Yeah, if he sends it back then I'll call the company and let them know the situation. They can have it if they want it.

 

if he sends it back, i guess you just got free money...

 

I got 600 for the frame shipped. Plus he bought some other stuff and I guess he's sending it all back.

He said he called FL police to let them know that I have posession of the frame.

Even though its on its way to NH.

 

i can find out who has the lien on the bike send me the vin ill tell u the info

Thats kinda how I'm looking at it. But he is going to take me to court over the matter. But I guess he'll have to fly to FL.

I wasn't trying to screw this guy. In fact I didn't sell him some other parts because I told him in detail the condition of some of the parts. I told him he could find clip ons in better shape for the same price on ebay.

Honestly I would have probly sent him the money if it wasn't already gone.

I don't know if I should call them tomorrow or wait and see if he sends the frame back.

he cant do **** if he takes u to court hes just loosing money nothing can be done against u, wait until the frame comes back to u and find out how much is the lien if its to much *** it givit back if it not a lot try to settle with the bank most of the time the dont give a *** if its less than $3000 when is more they still can make their money back
