I sold him the frame with no title. I told him it wasn't stolen becaseu I had the #s ran through the police dept. I gave him the vin# before hand so he could do what he had to do. He paid me for the frame and i sent it out. He found out that he can't get it registerd because it has a lein on it, so he wants his money back.

I sent a bill of sale with the frame. The lein wasn't in my name, I don't know who's its in. I bought it without a title. I didn't know there was a lein on it because I never checked the #s through the DMV. I never planed to ride it on the streets.

yo mike get them pix?? alan he cant do **** about it! worst comes to worse he can pay the lein off depending on how much it is than he can get the clean title to the frame! if its under 300 i'd pay it! otherwise i can always put a mechanics lein on it which would overide the previouse lein!

The frame hasn't even arrived to his house yet and he said he's going to send it back.
He told me that he's calling FL police and taking me to small claims. He is from out of state. I'm pissed because he knew the situation and now wants his money back.
I guess if he sends it back I'll just let the bank who owns the title know that I have the frame and they can have it.
