they wouldnt make dvd burners if it wasnt legal...the only thing illegal is putting them in public view (i.e. T.V.'s at a store) or selling them for personal profit and not giving any percentage (already discussed between seller and maker of the video) to the makers

Simple and easy is DVD Shrink or DVD Encrypter and then use Dr DivX or some other encoding program that you wish.

 

how does everyone make thier videos? i have a mini dv camera . can u upload ur footage from the tape to your computer? or can you only upload from your memory stick? also what is the easiest program to use to put video clips together? im new obviously
