I have purchased a video CBO way of life from Stunt Life on May 26, but I haven't recieved it or got a repsonse back from my many emails. Have anybody else had problems buying from this site?? I don't recommoned buy anything here.

and for the stuntlfe store.......i think shugga is doing everything himself, so cut him some slack, try contacting him a few more times! he could have been out of town, put the invoice somewhere and forgot about it, heck the usps sometimes takes weeks to deliver. i doubt shugga is out to screw anyone

i just emailed him and got a reply, he said he just moved again 25 miles south of his current place in Dallas. im sending him more dvds too, he said he was out! if this is the case, im sure his store will be up to par real soon!

 

i tried contacting him close to 20 times and he just ignores every attempt. total bullshit. dont buy **** from that store.

Well maybe you and him are buddys so that's why he replied to you. For as I'm concerned he's running a business so you need to take care of your customers. All I wanted to know what was up. I shouldn't have to contact him anymore. I shouldn't even had to contact him the several time that I did. I don't think he's out to screw anybody, but he's NOT running a very good business. I'll never recommoned anybody to buy anything here. But the site still rocks!!

I will say this....sometimes we are quick to past judgement and there may be a reason for every. I have to say I have known him since before Stuntlife, and I once decided i was going to give up on ever talking to him again...over emails un-anwsered. And years later he was great with email....replied all the time like he needed my vote for president. I think It was just a week ago I had decided to be done with him again when he happen to hit me back about a matter. Thing is I bet he gets more email then most of us put together. I not buckin for public defender or nothing, I just wanted to mention some other points. And I do agree that the video store is an issue, hell that makes me not want to send my stuff in now, but still there may be a reason for it all.

Anyway...what I'm trying to say is "be slow to lay the smack down" on people, because you just never know what issues they may have.

 

people keep saying that everyone should cut him some slack. if you run a business you NEED to be responsible for that business. just like you don't contract to do a show and then say you decided you want to do it 3 weeks from the date it's schedualed, no one would ever hire you again. he probably does work hard, he probabaly does get tons of email. thats still no excuse. i don't care if you sell stuff through a business, ebay, message boards, or offer a service. when you get paid, you deliver. period!!! thats how business works. it would be one thing if this happend once or twice. but it seems like it happens everyother order. and that fact that a friend can email and get a reply but a buyer cannot. poor business. stuntlife was/is great, but the store is a poor excuse for a business.

I did get Servin It Up 2 finally (props to you by the way) from SL store but I am still waiting on Black Sheep Squadron both ordered on April 15!!!

I think everyone involved in this issue has been very patient and trying to understand what went wrong - not in stock, moving, delay after delay - but by now you would think things would have been made right.

I know he replied to a thread similar to this one just asking those people that were involved to send in their credit card info for a credit - but hopefully he will see there are still a few people that have not gotten that message or have not been taken care of yet. So shugga if you read this - are you sending me the Black Sheep Squadron dvd or should I email my credit card info to the slonline addy - ???

I don't think anyone wants to dis on Shugga or this site - I think we all agree that we love SL but damn get **** taken care of dude or ask for some help- this is the biggest support group I have seen.

I order 2 videos back on May 14th I have sent a total of 12 emails NO ONE Reply!!! Thats just plain Rude! This would be the last time I ever order anything from stuntlife! I chaulk it up to a loss now, Paypal and the BBB will be contacted.

 

Wow sounds like alot of people been keeping quiet for along time. Hmm.. not cool taking advantage of people that trust and respect a site.
