I have a pretty sweet deal worked out, I have a lot to ride at as long as I take care of it......

During the summer I clean up the trash, and this year I have a plow truck, so I can keep it clear. It's such a privilege to have a lot to ride at all year long, not to mention that it's also lit.

Some people have no idea.

we've been using this lot for about 10 years. If you look at some of teach's old vid's this is the same lot. I ended up meeting the building maintenance guy a couple of years ago and we knew a lot of the same people. I told him that we;ve been riding here forever and we're the ones that kept cleaning up al lthe trash. So, we exchanged digits and that was that.

Nice video... Your lucky you dont have to deal with sand and salt. i dont mind the cold but every lot gets sanded
