So whats your favorite editing programs for stunt vids?

post up some vids with your opinions too so we can see what an example of that programs editings like, i'm trying to vary my editing for my new HD camera.

 

adobe cs4

 

i use ms paint and windows movie maker

 

pretty much all you need

 

is cs4 real confusing to work with? all ive ever really used is sony vegas, windows media maker, and corel video studio 12

 

i use computer

 

well if you get the chance final cut pro is prolly the best but hard and expencive its a software they used in some of the bigger movies or cs3 and cs4 are all great softwares

 

my boys hooking me up with cs3 so i'll see how i like it

i just use windows movie maker, my vids are pretty basic clips though

Someone teach me how to use Final Cut Pro

 

i use vegas movie pro pretty good **** and easy

 

+1 im running a FULL hd cam (AVCHD) and i find it the easiest to use with the file types

 

you have FCP my brother can show you next time your in mass

Ulead video studio 11Plus........ It was the cheapest Software i could find (like $80 shipped on ebay) that will do AVCHD ..and most basic formats

for me (an amatuer) it works good...it's much more advanced than windows movie maker... ANd it will edit AVCHD High Def format That my camera offers (I got a little Sony HDR-SR1 )( 30gig harddrive touchscreen High def handycam)

I havent really used the HD features yet though...cause I'm on ****** Dial up.... So if I want to share ...I HAVE to keep files small to upload them ...

I think I'm gonna start shooting in High def... and fool with that this summer...and just upload from friends houses with High speed .... I'll follow up here how the software handles the AVCHD editing portion.

 

+1 not an easy program to use at all. Theres a lot of good tutorials on youtube tho which is enough to give you the basics.

 

I have trouble with vegas corrupting footage It will just play a black screen with the sound

 

i send out my tapes to china and they edit for me... i love it
