anyone else have a problem with their JD2 dvd locking up around 35:09, during the mirror image section? mine locks, but if i hit fast forward, it goes...you don't really miss anything, but it pisses me off anyway...

 

i have a problem with just getting the dvd. it hasn't come in up here in any of the motorsports shops yet. tired of waiting.

 

Yes, the DVD's sent in the first batch had a glitch. I haven't even got one yet. 2 weeks ago I got an email saying that the problem would be fixed in a week. Today I got the same email and they say it will be another 10 days. This is bullshit. X-factor video needs to get their act together. After I get my copy of JD2 I'll never order from them again.

 

Take a look at Todd's forum for an explanation on the video. I think it was out of their scope and nothing they could do about it. The first batch plays fine on some DVD players and some of the older models it will lock up. I am sure your DVD will be replaced and JD2 is still a must have for anybodys DVD collection .

 

Yep I have the same problem right when anthony is rollin a 12. It freezes up on my DVD player, but it was fine on the player at work. O well not a big deal but i agree it is annoying just the same

 

just out of curiousity are these dvd's being duplicated or replicated? just seems like another one of those.. well I have a dvd burner therefore i can make dvd kinda issues

Not saying anything about the footage or the editing... but it takes more than knowing how to do that stuff to make a dvd. and i read in a few places that the dvds are being duplicated. Well if your not aware of what that can possibly mean.. look into it.

 

I have that same problem with Urban Street Bike Warriors. It locks on the DTE part where the fellas are standing infront of a courthouse.

Also my DTE 2 dvd just sometimes won't read the disk on my PS2.

 

I havent even gotten mine yet, so I dont know!

 

I hope this gets worked out soon! I cant wait to see it. And DONT EVER buy from x factor or impact for that matter

 

I had the same problem with it im going to bring it back to my buddys shop and see what he can do for me ps you cant burn them ether because of the glich later kevin

 

MINE PLAYS FINE... IT WAS OUT OF THE FIRST BATCH I BELEIVE CAUSE I GOT IT LIKE 3 WKS AGO, AND SHHHH I THINK IT CAN BE BURNE... SORRY TO HEAR ALL OF YOU ARE HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS..THAT SUX

These are done at the same place 90% of blockbuster DVD's are getting done, so there should be no problems ever again...whew...

 

Mine worked fine in my DvD player in my truck, I haven't tried it inside, but there is no point. It is definitely a must have. P.S. Anyone know if that is Stagga Lee's song in the "Girls" portion? I want that song something terrible. peash

How does burning a stunt dvd help promote the sport? Does it do anything for us besides cheat people out of thier money? Nope. Thats all it does. Pay the 20-25 bucks and help support the sport. No need for pirating other StuntLife members stuff.

Yep, mine is definitely glitched............I got mine at Seminole Powersports outside Orlando. Works fine in my computer and laptop but when I play it in my home system.........freeze frame. I think I have a second freeze somewhere around 1:02-1:03...........
