...and its really sick cause the r1 is going 190mph and the busa just flies by.

 

drag racing.. and twisties not straight line well twisties all depends on the rider

 

ummm.. isnt straight line drag racing?
also you must have raced someone who cant ride.. there is no way a 600 can beat a R1.... even in a 1/4mi. (unless there is a shitty rider on the r1)

 

There is many clips of Gixxers and Busa's Killing R1 this isn't anything NEW It statrted back in 2000 when the first Gixxer 1k was made and will always be that way R1's are SLOW.

and no 600 can hang Twisties or not NEVER EVER....

 

well i kinda forgot for a min we were talking about stock bikes lol but i have seen a stock 6kawi run 10.3 a 1/4 so yes if you say you need a 1000 to beat a 600 or 750 your a squid

 

+1 and 1k can't hang with a 6 in tight curves. Sweepers and long straights and 1k wins every time but tight stuff you can't beat a 600.

 

i was talking about 1/4 not long straight line of course the r1 will take it in the long straight line

that's INDICATED...he's not actually doing 190. all that hype about r1's doing 180 something is false. we have a calibrated radar gun and a 2 mile stretch. testing 3 different bikes, i was the fastest on an r1 that is heavliy modded. 180 flat is the fastest it would go. full schmitt's racing head, remapped, full micron exhaust, geared 1 down 2 up, and bmc filter. Jason was second fastest at 168 and his has full arata exhaust, remapped, stock gearing, bmc filter. billy was the slowest, complete stock r1, 163.

the r1 i was on was tony's (crazy636stuner) and it also has a 75 shot of nitrous that we didn't use. it's going back to stock gearing and we are filling the bottle and guessing it would come close to 200, high 190's at the worst.

so anyone that says their r1 does 180, i would seriously like to see the list of their mods because tony's is putting down around 225 at hte wheel before nitrous and it barely pulled 180 with my 140lb *** on it. also, the speedo was maxed at 189 when i was in 3rd gear.

 

that didnt look like 190 to me

 

more like 160

 

fastest ive gone with my bike is like 130ish and it was sweet....ive never found a long enough road to max it out.

 

+1, put equal riders on both bikes(even a 636 vs. R1), and there's no contest.
