Reverse HC's and Backwards 0's No handers ect

That bicycle kid on here has nothing on the chick. The video starts out slow...but give it a minute
Meet amanda chang, she was imprisoned for drug smuggling when she was 12 years old, she's now 43. During her time in prison she was locked in a gym for 8 hours a day with nothing more than a 10 speed and 129 ballet tapes to watch. After being released from prison after 31 years this is the only thing she wanted to do, she goes around to high schools and does motivation speaches with her 10 speed bicycle.

she's alright, but notice she has a fixed hub. that means if she passes balance point, she just has to put a lil reverse pressure on the pedals, and it works like a brake.

tho it may not seem, the most diffcult trick she did was the reverse bar stand.

she's alright, but notice she has a fixed hub. that means if she passes balance point, she just has to put a lil reverse pressure on the pedals, and it works like a brake.
ahh! It's easy then! Here I was thinking that she was doing something difficult.

i've done sitdown no handed circles without a fixed hub, the difference is night and day.
yes it takes skill what she's doing, but it's like the difference between someone doing SS circles with +10 gearing and a HB, and someone doing it stock geared without a HB, the latter is so difficult it's near impossible to get more than one.

wow..31 years. So...if it wasn't for drugs, she would have never gottten this good. Something to think about?
