oh boy that $hit was funny - It looks like he just started to get it up right when he came into camera view. Apparently it doesn't matter if he wears a lid or not because he's gotta be one of the dumbest SOB's I've seen in a long time - you know he saw the cop. Maybe he knew the cop and wanted to show off a little bit, that's the only reason I can think of, that he would do that. Squid isn't even low enough for this hero
