newbie video

Hey,
If there is anyone out there who could get me a video of someone doing a wheelie in 2nd gear clutching it I'd appreciate it. I need someone to show me on video how to do it because text does not work. Thanks

Re: newbie video

u're just gonna have to figure it out on your own.. nobody is strappin a camera to their bars to show u that.... give it qtr throttle.. and roll on the gas as u snap the clutch.. u'll learn how much of each to use.. do standups.. bounce with your legs as the clutch goes in.. and cover rear brake

me and my friend tryed to do that... couldnt get it on camera, he sucks too much cafeen down.

the best way i can explain it is accelerate in 2nd gear. keep accelerating and hold the trottle where it is, pull the clutch in a bit untill you can hear the motor reving and you start to accelerate less then let the clutch back out. your gona do some thing like that...

read teh article again

Re: newbie video

yeah in all honesty, if you don't have a clue as to what dumping the clutch is, you really don't need to be on a bike...

roll in 1st or 2nd gear... pull in the clutch , rev the motor to 7,000 rpms ( give or take a little- start little and increase as needed though) and let the clutch out as fast as ya can. up ya go

Re: newbie video

steps to wheelie:

stop, full throttle to rev limiter, release clutch, "catch it with the back brake"

or you could read the "How to wheelie" thread and get out there and try it. Noone can show you how to do that.
