trying to get the slow stuff, i'll get there eventually... getting used to braking straight up is proving difficult, i hear some guys rig up a rear brake lever, any feedback of doing that? clip is just under 3 mins but its all quick cuts so it moves through it quick. pretty nice shot of the crash... check it out

Yoru Doing Good Man, Little Advice Is To Also Practice Being A Little Smother On Your Throttle Control. It Will Help To Keep Your Wheelies Straighter. Go Streetfighter For A Little Bit While Your Learning, It Will Be Cheaper In The Long Run. I Wish I Learned Without My Fairings. Good Luck And Ride Safe.
Re: just started practicing slow stuff... crashed
Not bad bro. Work the rear brake more than the throttle. Try to hold the throttle at one spot and just tap the brake when you feel your going back to far.
And I would wait on a hb amd learn the foot brake before I went with a hb. That's just me though.

I didnt even realize that was ICP......... ahhhh.. memories

Yeah try to be smoother with the thorttle, no chop chop. Try to use the brake to prevent it looping and setting wheelies down. And get that gage and some more protection for yourself(knee pads and maybe fmx pants). You will get there, but it gonna take many crashes. Be safe and practice practice practice

nice wreck i cant believe you tried to run with it.dent that tank and your spreaders and highchairs are soo much easier......why did you stop ridin after that wreck it looked like all u had to do was bend that head piece up enough to turn the bars. try not twistin and shiftin your weight every little twich it makes it twist harder
Re: just started practicing slow stuff... crashed
good pratice, all i'd add is, get on the back break when it **** up and stay on it, use the trottle to power past it, that way when you shut off ur on the break already, dont step off it, keep cool and break you'll save it or at least *** off to the side witch aint as bad, get a cage asap
keep at it mate, and post a vid when your scrapin

great effort. a lil better brake control and you would have rode out of that!!!! and the other one is right about smooth throttle. it def was a big problem of mine and will keep the bike so straight!!!!
Keep goin! lookin good.

Looks good, I'm still trying to get the rear break locked in my head too, whats been working for me is going to practice and only doing rear brake... don't do any other stunts.. just bring it up with the brake applied a little bit and think of it through the whole wheelie, tap it here and there to see what it does. Don't worry about the camera or distance or height or anything.. just think of that brake. It'll come, and it's sooo worth it when it does.
Re: just started practicing slow stuff... crashed
draggin the brake isn't a bad habit when just tryin to slow them down... once u start catchin idle you have to tap the brake.. but this will give you confidence and a feel where the bike is... so clutch it to bp.. mash the brake, over power it with throttle, just keep the throttle smooth, and steady. do not chop it.. you'll hear the rpms die.. then get it toidle and work from there

heal up and get back at it.
