i don't know much about this but do you think it's because they are saying they're gay because they don't want to go over seas

 

I've spent half my enlistment overseas and when my time is up, it'll be over 4 years overseas. Living like this is soooo much better than living on a Marine Corps base, trust me.

Anyways, I doubt people are saying they are gay just to get out of going to Iraq, if that is what you are saying. They could have claimed "Consienceous Objector" (horrible spelling i know) and gotten administratively separated like that.

heh, it kinda dispells the common joke/misconception about the Navy being the gayest, though 22% is still kinda high, but its 3rd in rank.

Hey Ali how you been? Since I am a flyer, I am always gone and the whole SL drama shiot PISSES me off and I HATE drama so......where you all at in N.Jersey?

 

It's only so high becuase the Army is cracking down unlike the rest of the services who are obviously keeping them around for morale purposes.

 

I don't know about that. Maybe its a good thing we have this "dont ask dont tell" rule, cuz the dykes at my old unit were damn good radio operators and could party like it was thier job. So I'm cool with that.
