how are thay slightly damaged ? and do you have a pic?

 

I can take a pic of them tomorrow. There is one of the 4 tires that has some tread damage i.e. Appears the belt is thrown causing some deformation and cracking along the treaded part of the sidewall... I'll take some close-up shots of the damaged area. I figure it may be able to be warrantied if you know someone that'll do it for ya or maybe even your local tire shop could do it for you.
