business for sale...cheap!

Business for Sale:

A while back I started my own business and last week I was offered a job that I can’t refuse. So I’m cutting my business size down to just one person and I have a complete setup that I need to sell or trade off.

It’s a pressure washing business. Its really easy and profits are awesome. You go to different strip malls, gas stations, drive-thrus and offer to wash them. You hook up the pressure washer and spray the place down.

You can do car lots, drive thrus, residential (decks, fences, driveways, patios, sidewalks, roofs), Commercial (Sonic, Mcdonalds, QT, Gitngo,) or Fleet washing (UPS, Fedex…) and make a lot of money with little investment.

I’ve gone on jobs that enable me not to have to work for a few weeks because of the profits.. the last job I did was cleaning heavy equipment on the jobsite for a construction company. 2x a month I’d go spray all the mud off the tracks of the dozers and wash out the muddy boot prints from the cabs.. $55/unit x 19 units.. you do the math!

It took me about 5 hours to do all the work.. was it worth it? HELL YA! I bought and paid cash for my new truck ($36,000) this year.. all from profits of doing pressure washing..
I have 2 other complete setups that are in use now that aren’t for sale. So I’m selling my newest one.

You don’t need insurance, business license or any other crap.. just make you a flyer saying “driveways/patio special $65 any size” and hire a kid to stick them on all the doors in a nice neighborhood.. put something like “trying to pay for college” or something like that and it’ll help! Pay the kid $5 for each person that calls you back for an appointment.. don’t pay hourly, he’ll just dump the flyers in a trash can and go get high for 8 hours..trust me..been there, done that!

I can give any more info by e-mail if you want..

-Husquavarna 3700PSI (will break concrete!)@ 4.0gpm (wand, tips, Goodyear hoses, chemical injector)
High pressure commercial water hose with quick disconnects
275Gallon tote for trailer or truck..just plumb it with a water hose to provide water to the washer incase theres not any (working at a jobsite cleaning heavy equipment) or use it to reclaim water.

$1500 for entire setup or trade for ANY MOTOR TOY of equal value (fourwheeler or fiddy preferably! –stunt bikes included)
I’ll even spend a couple days with you here showing you how the system works and how to setup accounts and get clients..the system will pay for itself in one weekend if you get out and put some flyers out..

this is NOT one of those cheap home depot pressure washers..this is a commercial unit with a Honda Engine, extended run fuel tank, a CAT commercial Tri-plex pump ($900 and infinetely rebuildable), and a husquvarna cage for it. bolt it to a trailer or leave it on wheels so you can roll it around..

you can take graffitti off of walls ($75/hour for grafitti removal)
New construction cleanup- getting the mortar tags off of the brick and the oil stains/mud off the new driveway ($45/hour)
House washing $100/house (45minute job)
driveways ($65)

its easy..i've made a ton of money off of it.. i just have more equipment than i have employees..if i hire any more people i'll have to go get insurance and all that and I dont want to mess with it.. i'm happy now!
