That blows. I caught sprocket one day just spinning the back tire. Bike wasn't even on. And that hurt like a bitch. I can only imagine. And WD-40? really?

put your bike on a stander in neutral and spin the rear wheel with ur hand, no need to turn up the bike
or just throw it over on the cage and do the same
