Exhaust brakes should come stock on all diesels.

Close to what you get. About 10 degrees warmer than here, but about same max temp in summer.

A gas engine can pull a decent sized trailer. Unless you are hauling really heavy ****, a diesel is too expensive. Not only is it a $5000 option. The fuel is $.40-.50 higher a gallon. There goes your increased fuel economy.

I've actually seen two roadblocks up here where they were dipping tanks in diesel trucks in the last 3 years. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it for myself.
