I've always been warned (by a very reputable mechanic) that one should never mix brands. He even warned me about mixing viscosities within the same brand. I've always taken that advice, and only run 1 brand at a time.............obviously a lot of you think differently. He told me that sometimes different brands won't fully mix, and they will stay seperated in the crankcase, causing different loads on different parts. Just food for thought.......:shruggs |
