clip ons to handle bars
 
Anyone have any suggestions on what would be the cheapest and best way to convert the clip ons on my F3 to dirtbike handlebars?

Buy some risers and bolt them to the top triple clamp. Any bike shop worth a shit will have them and the DB bars.
