clip ons to handle bars

Anyone have any suggestions on what would be the cheapest and best way to convert the clip ons on my F3 to dirtbike handlebars?

Re: clip ons to handle bars

Buy some risers and bolt them to the top triple clamp. Any bike shop worth a **** will have them and the DB bars.
