i got v brakes on the back, that is how i do my pogos so good. my best trick is a pogo barspin but anyways, about the manual.., do u like lean real far back and tap the brakes? i can just manual like 10 feet w/o brakes but i dont know how to do it any longer.
if I do it off a lip or bump then I just lean back and tap the brake once it gets a little past the balance point.. If i'm on flat ground i'll do 1 or 2 pedals to get the front end up and then coaster it out using the rear brake.... these two are if i'm doing them standing up.. if i'm sitting down I'll just ride a wheelie and go into a manual from that.

Re: Rolling stoppies and wheelies.

I'm new here, but something I have to say.
If you want to do a safe long roling endo on bicycle, you defenitely need disc brakes to do it well. Before when I got my new bike, I did not have them and now over one year training, I would not change them back to V-brake.

But I would be interested to know, that how long roling endos people here have done whit a bicycle?!
It would be really nice to know!

I have here one pic of me doing a roling endo. This pic the endo was about 10-15 metres long.
