Re: longest stoppie should have highest payout
my mouth has been running more than my bike has :) The only circles I've been cutting lately are with this thing:
at least it is a honda...costs about as much as 5 regular mowers, but lasts a lifetime! opeRRation bandwagon is taking effect up here in the northeast! |
Re: longest stoppie should have highest payout
your totally right it is more difficult... the latter being more bawlsy.. now my question/point is.. why cant we mix the two?! comming in 6th gear tapped and flinging it to balance point at 120+ mph would be ****in awwwwweesome to watch.. very difficult, very scary.. and as the title of this thread suggests.. if you want longest stoppie to have a higher or the highest payout you need to combine a few more talents into the event to make it earn the higher payout. ie: speed, distance, skill, crowd responce.. my idea: (actually nick apex's i just agree with him) head to head stoppies much like NHRA drag series, unlimited or say 1/8" mile approach both parties have to bring it up at the same point whoever goes further wins. u can then have a bracketed style endo comp. 2 out of 3 head to head best go on to next round. much more interesting way to do an endo comp then each rider taking turns and having 3 tries.. its like watching paint dry.. boooring. you have a qualifier first to setup how high each rider ranks, winner going last and getting lane prefferance.. just like drag racing. my :2cents -Kane
thats pretty much how all the comps are at starboyz stuntfest |

Re: longest stoppie should have highest payout

learn to quote ppl correctly you god damn keyboard squid!!!!!!
Look,I hit "quote", then handle my biz. Also, taking the vowels out of a word? Like you don't have time on your hands? And it wouldn't hurt to miss a thread from time to time........ |
Re: longest stoppie should have highest payout
In my opinion it is one of the only tricks we have left that requires the same amount of skill as it does ballz and because of that it will always be my favorite.
A more true statement not spoken on StuntLife... Most risky trick with the highest likelihood of serious bodily injury. Yes! Deserving of highest payout? Not in my opinion. It doesn't show a depth of riding ability. I feel 300ft approach sets a nice level playing field, that way guys that don't have an airport, or drag strip to practice at still have a chance to compete with those who do. I feel limited approach takes a much higher skill set to compete. The drama on this thread runs deep... |
