Solid aluminum replacement tubes for you clipons

My boy has these solid aluminum tubes that are exactly the length and design of the vortex tubes. I put a set on my bike and trust me this things are PIMP!!!! there nice and strong and dont bend as easy as the hallow ones.

He is selling the set for 65.00 let me know if anyone is interested.

here's some cell phone pix i took not the best but u can see how sick they are.

Re: Solid aluminum replacement tubes for you clipons

yea but the point of the tubes hallowed out is so that they do bend instead of breaking the clamp or your tripple

and so that when you crash it only cost you 8 bucks for tubes instead of clamps or whatever else you would bend.

somethings always gotta give eventually and id much rather have it be 8 dollar tube than a 80 dollar clamp

just some food for thought

Yea but after a while it becomes expensive i bent like 3 vortex tubes just laying my bike down lightly. I havent broke my clamps but im sure you have to come down pretty hard for that.

But i did know that they were made that way for that reason, im sure everyone wont want them but the people that do here you go. Its all a preference thing.

Thanks!

Re: Solid aluminum replacement tubes for you clipons

those clips are badass,I like the built-in barend.
for the poor stunters out there you can get solid aluminum stock at metal supply shops for pretty cheap, but you got to cut it to length and sand down the part where the throttle tube goes or there will be resistance.
