Seriously....For those that dont know, I did my company a favor and went to Dekalb for 90day to help out another store. Well IM DONE in dekalb. Ive got 1 week to work in sterling and then NO MORE DRIVING. 900miles a week sucks. *** DEKALB POLICE TOO!!!

I hope you are getting paid a decent amount otherwise I would be looking for a different job. There is no way that I would drive 4 hours each day for work.

 

I do it every single day...ok 4 days a week. live in edgerton and work in libertyville IL(near great america)....2 hours to get here and then work 10 hours then 2 hours to get home. I was only an hour then they closed the building I was in and moved me here. with the job market as it is no one in our local area is paying enough to make me give up the drive. they don't have to pay anything because so many out of jobs someone will take it for less money!!

ps...they did offere me a job in south florida.....entertaining the thought!!!

 

takes me 6 minutes to get to work... at the end of the month ill be moving and then it will take me 4 minutes... bummer eh!

 

It takes me about six minutes to get to work too.

 

Especially since you don't even do 4 hours worth of work once you're there now.
