here ya go, i ttok 3 inches off the bar, had to hack my tail section and i have to re locate the tail light cause it wont fit in there. and no its not crooked, i have to leave for work so i didnt have time to finish putting the tail section on...

 

but now it looks like the pipe will scrape first... imo

 

yep, taking it to work in 10 min. and cutting it down, re welding the tip back on...its hollow anyways...
