a teenage girl on a cell phone driving down the ****ing road is 10x's more reckless than our 5 mph wheelies.

anyone on a cell and driving is reckless how many people have been killed by people driving and talking on there cell phones...
I dont recall anyone every being killed in a parking lot by some one doing a 5mph wheelie before?

Thats bullshit....you'd think they could find something better to do....like maybe arrest the thousands of little gang bangers runnin' around thinkin' there the ****in "g-unit" or what ever they **** it is......
