Indoor Practice Area

I'm working on a couple different locations right now for a VMC practice space. Something indoors, atleast a good roof and walls, optional heat, big enough for us to practice slow stuff. If anyone knows of anything send me a pm.
Like I said, I have a couple places on the line....but it's a hella drive for a day of practice... I'd like to find something in the area (50 miles or so)

the hardest part will be to find pavement with any sort of grip....most have sealed floors and are slick as hell..

Ya one place i found so far has rough concrete...won't be good for burnouts, but slow stuff would rock...like i said it's a long ****in drive though.

I've been lookin for places myself. I've found a couple (three actually) loading docks that are not being used. One of them looks pretty old too.
Anyway, I figure the floors in them are pretty slick also but it would be worth checking into!!! All of them are in the Miltown area though, a good hour drive.

check out the JDC ware house on delevan drive... its actually 3 warehouses and i think only one is being used.... as for the slick floors, nothing a little burnt rubber wouldnt cure...
