Depends on what you consider cheap...have a guy I work with that has an FZR that's in need of some TLC..think he wants to get $1000 out of it...

its fix i had a shop weld it for $3500 ill sell you a parts bike with it you will get 2 tls with 2 bad motors one good title and a mint frame with a junk title you will have to hole 97 tls $3500

I will sell ya my RS for $4000...... 2 full sets of plastics(2 gas tanks and fuel pumps)... one set is mint and the second set I got off ebay sanded and fixed and flat blacked.... custom frame sliders... heated grips....two bros exhaust...

After riding the 03 speed triple this weekend... it looks like it might be the next bike
