He was in an accident on his XR100 at the monroe trails, med flighted to the hospital, and from there they didn't know much, It never sounded to bad! Then he was induced to a coma to help him recover, during that time they were worried about blood clots and he also came down with pnuemonia. Just last Friday night he recovered from the pnuemonia and things were sounding good and promising. Then today I got three calls within minutes telling me that he had complications and had passed away today. He had a problem with a lung.
JP (john) was an only child, A father to a daughter and a well known person. Its to bad that this stuff happens to people, but all in all I have witnessed JP do incredible stuff for his friends. He was able to accomplish alot of stuf in his short life. He was able to Race on race tracks in the Midwest, he was able to trick ski very well, and was a good golfer. I bet his last days of his life he was having a good time and got to enjoy himself doing what he loved to do!
No dates on the visitation or funeral yet, but I am sure something will be very soon, probably hear something tommorow afternoon on this and I will post any info I have on here.
Hope this info gets to everyone in time to attend the services.....

God, I had no idea that it would turn out this way! From all the info I was getting it didn't sound bad at all. This just sucks...
I considered JP a really good friend, he helped cheer me up through some tough times, when others could have cared less. He introduced me to my baby's mother, and for that I thank him. I haven't really hung out with him for a while, but a few years ago we did just about everything together. Well put when you said that he did alot for his true friends. He will be missed.

I made a quick Memorial page for JP, if everyone can just sign the guestbook real quick, and comments if they wish. Then i can print them all and give them to JP's family
