RIDES--------YEA or NEA????

ok, i have a question for everybody and i would enjoy everybody's imput.....last weekend, there was a ride planned on sat. to go up and ride with the madison guys...well.....out of ALL the janesville riders, there were 5 people who attended....pretty damn sad if you ask me....what i'm asking however, is should we even organize any more rides like these late in the summer??? should we just all go out and buy image bikes and cruise around the city's all the time or what???? i really don't understand---maybe somebody could enlighten me on this subject

by the way, it was a really cool ride, took lots of curvey roads and also had plent of oportunity to stunt

planning rides is hard.... people have a lot going on in the summer and they are not always able to make it. For example last Saturday, I for got that I had a family thing going on so I wasn't able to make it, and Sunday I rode but CBROrange you had a family thing going on, so you can see how sometimes you might not get as many people as you would like.

My suggestion... keep posting rides... if people show up great, and if not there loss... its not the number of riders that is important its the fun you have... my 2 cents

allsho----an image rider is somebody who rides in town ALL THE TIME....you are not an image rider if you go out into the country and do one of the following:

a. STUNT
b. CORNER

do you think it's cool to go out and buy a bike just to pick up girls?? i would have to say that is pretty damn sad that you have to go and spend 10g's just to get laid....

****, neal can get laid and he don't even spend that cash!

oh yeah, allsho---why do you say your from chytown....sounds like your actually from j-town.....imposter

i have to agree with ryan on this tho this spring we put toegether to impresive rides and met up with the milwaukee guys and made the group even bigger i thought that was bad ***!!!!!!!!! now we plan rides and hardly anyone showes up?????? is it cuz everyone is busy or is it now they don;t have the cabin fevor to get on their bike??????

no jsut to single you out corrine cuz i hear it from alot of ppl and i know ryan and others too, the never ending question "why dind;t you call me". thats what this forum is for and its alot easier to plan a ride a week or too ahead then to call EVERYONE!!!! i know ryan makes some calls and so do i but thats normally to ppl that we know don;t come on here. and frankly i am sick of hearing it you know how long it would take for all of us to call everyone in our phones to go for a ride???? ya it would take awhile thats why we have a forum!!!!!!!

by the way i would have road if i didn;t have to work and my bike wasn;t all waded up!!!!!!!!

Some of us don't have access to the internet on weekends so posting a ride on a Saturday for a Sunday ride will rule some of us out, and not all of us get online everyday. And summer is a very busy time of the year for most people and spring usally isn't.

and like myself I ride with a couple of groups (work friends, Triumph riders, and VMC) and sometimes both groups have rides on the same days so you have to pick one or the other

As for calling people... here is an idea.... call a few and tell them to call some and so forth.

yeh....and some of us don't have rideable bikes. I got to talk to Tod at triumph about the frame and then i'm good to go again though. I was out for a couple minutes today but i don't want to stress the frame til it's done. I got all my other parts on though so it's all good to go. Damn thing still rides straight...

Image Riding....I really don't give a **** what you do with your bike...you can stick it up your ***, you can polish it all day and drive it through town all night. You can trailer the ****er to bike shows & never ride it. As long as no one ****s with me for what I do on MY bike, i'll show them the same respect back..... image rider, stunt rider, racer..... if it isn't directly affecting MY LIFE I really don't give a **** just my 2 cents

I personally think it's time for whoever wants to make this VMC thing work to STEP UP TO THE ****IN' MIC and start putting a little effort into the ****. I think it's pretty ****in silly that some of us dedicate all the time we can to bettering the group, getting shows, footage collected/delivered, doing this, doing that, well others sit on there ***' and say "ya i'm VMC" but don't contribute **** to the cause. All I got to say is, at this point things are going to ****in good, and are progressing to ****in fast to be dragged down by dead ****in weight. My feelings are....if your not gonna put any effort into it ...THEN HIT THE ****IN' ROAD.........
