Re: finally sold my bike

ryan dont take this the wrong way but you should get what you think is cool and not everyone else. i ride a purple bike with saftey green rims not cuz i think all my friends like it. i ride it cuz its diferant and i think it looks cool not everyone else. seriously tho most of those bikes are not one of a kinda as they say, alot of thoses guys buy parts from parts unlimited and what not and put together their lego bikes.......

get what you think its cool and what you wanna spend your the one thats gonna ride it your the one thats gonna be seen on it...

Re: finally sold my bike

I gotta agree with Ryan S. Don't go buy a bike that looks like every other one out there. If you're gonna spend that kind of money, make it your own.

By the way, S&S motors are the badasses in the V-Twin market. And don't buy something just cuz it 'looks' cool. You gotta get something comfortable when it comes to these bikes if you're gonna ride it. A stretched chopper with a hard tail will destroy your back. Make sure you get something with some suspension if you plan on riding the thing. And go out and test ride some different bikes or something. They all ride different. My bob is not the normal ride someone would be used to, but it's completely different than a chopper.

Re: finally sold my bike

psycolorgy has been building bikes for parts unlimited for years....they were the guys who made the vmc endo guy for us, they have done all vmc's vinyl work since day one....and they currently get harrassed by myself on a weekly basis for aluminum welding and fabrication work!! if i woke up one day and wanted a bad as chopper built....i would call randy in a second.

and a true chopper should measure about 15 feet long....obnoxious as ****.

Hey, i have that issue.:YEAH

Cool bike with alot of work into it fo' sho'. One word of advice is that hand made stitch-welded panel gas tanks like that + big motor are notorious for popping leaks. Specifically watch the mounting points and the bung around the petcock(insert jokes here). I'll have to find that article, i thought it said that tank was like 10 or 12 different panels.

Otherwise it's badass man.

Can i buy it from you? I've been looking everywhere online for information on the build and I assume that article would be pretty cool to have with the bike.

I gotta read it at least! Thanks for the info.
