copyrighted?? it looks like a regular picture to me. how does one go about copyrighting a regular picture? why WOULD someone copyright a regular picture?
anyway, i'd say the person at fault is whoever came up with the vmchater username, not us.

1. You have taken copyrighted photos with out permission.
2. None of you know the guy in the photo. (not even you Gundy)
3. VMC HATER is NOT him. (just another posser)
4. He totaled my bike because he got CUT OFF getting on the Freeway and had to lay the bike down. If he wouldn't have had his GEAR on he wouldn't be alive anymore. This is why he went out and purchased a race suit. (for safety) If you have a problem with this you can get F*cked!
5. We had nothing to do with Road America. If I knew you guys were such jerks I just might have said something.
