Hey, does anyone have a lower fairing stay for a 98-99 RR, bent or straight they'd like to part with??

Which stay are you refering to exactly? I have the one that goes from the mirrors to the front of the tank mounting bolts. Slightly tweaked, but useable.

They are only $80 for a new one. I would go with a new one so you know that it is straight and will work.
