so after procrastinating as long as i could i finally went and took the dam road test...all i can say to that is EASY as hell!!...don't know why i waited as long as i did...guess i was scured so i'm stoked and wanted to share the good news with the rest of ya

Well done. I need to get mine too. How was the U-Turn. Thats the thing I'm most afraid of. I'm only 5'2" on an F4i. I can barely touch the ground. I sometimes fall over...

try to lower the bike or maybe borrow a smaller bike?? my u-turns aren't the greatest either but somehow or another i managed to get one around without putting my foot down...really don't know how i did it...maybe the pressure but over all it was an easy test...they give ya up to 25 points and as long as you don't go over, you pass....Good Luck, i'm sure you'll do just fine

I just went through the "Riders Safety" class at the Tech. Talk about easy! and you get your license without going to the DMV for their road test. The only really difficult thing was doing the back to back U turns, more or less a figure 8 in a 12 wide box!

 

nail the throttle and then power slide thought the u-turn or tell them you can u turn without even geting on the bike. (then proceed to show them the kick stand turn around)

 

thats why she went and just took the test...she couldn't renew her temps anymore

 

The written test is a cake walk too. Hell, I passed with flying colors, and I didn't even touch the rule book. Yeah, the road test is easy. The only pain in the *** is that damn earpiece you have to wear in your helmet, cause you get a lot of static in it. I also hate the fact that they can only talk to you, and you can't talk to them. Congrats!

 

i ****ed up on the part where they put the headlights on... i guess i took to long to raise my hand... rest was cake tho..lol@ kickstand turnaround.. that would be hilarious..
