i need to know how to make pics smaller i got some nasty crash pics that everyone should see. someone please help me. i can send you the pics if you can resize them

Open teh pic up in paint.
At the top under IMAGE select STRETCH AND SKEW.
A popup box will come up and theres a horizontal stretch and verticle stretch. 100 is the current size. To make it smaller select a percent between 1 and 100. (50 usually is good). Use the same number in horizontal and verticle selections.

actually usally if you just drop it to 99 vert. and 99 horizontal *and then save it*it lowers the kb size dramatically and USEALLY it will make it low enough for posting requirment... if its really high resolution you may have to do it again.. the less you "stretch/skew" it the more it retain size..
