Lets just say I was issued a speeding ticket becuase I didn't slow down fast enough according to the cop. According to him "when you pass a car and get in front of him you have to slame on your brakes other wise you get a speeding ticket" The car infront of me was going like 47 to 55 and I wanted to pass him so I could make it to class on time. Well the only time i had to pass there was a car comming so i sped up and made the pass and started to slow down and there was a county sitting on the side of the road... Well I guess i didn't slow fast enough..... 184 bucks and 4 points.... Seems how I only have 2 points left Im ****ed.

If you got the dough go get a lawyer. I got a 6 pointer turned into a 2 pointer so they probably could get it dropped to a one pointer with a big *** fine. I used McCue. He's down in the riverfront center, upstairs. He gets like a hundred bux for traffic tickets.

don;t get a lawyer fight it your self its not hard if you have the time to do it tell the judge you wana jury trial they won;t spend the money on it........ and actully when you pass some one your not suppose to break the posted limit........

well the cop was wrong....
most cops understand that its a necesary thing but it IS illegal.... corse so is spittin on the sidewalk ...but when was the last time you heard of that citation being issued,,,,
