Question So???

So how was it? Got any pics?

As you may have seen, I didn't make it. My girlfriend got home from work in the morning when I was still in bed (of course it was 7:00), and I asked her how much snow we had. She told me we got a ton so I said "Well, I guess there is no sense in going to the lake today" and went back to bed. I got up later on and saw a whopping 5" of snow . I should have known better than to listen to her.

Hey guys, Bentley would have the answers better than I would, but I believe Bean just screwed in quarter inch screws, forgot what kind, and used alot of slime to seal the tire up. Bentley or Bean will clear this up next time they check up on the board.

i didnt even need any slime...or air in my tires...with all the studs they are hard enough that they dont need air.....i'm still debating wether or not to put my tires on again this year

Ya can use reg. goldstuds...aprox 1100 per back tire on the 900rr..w/ 4lbs. of air.., if ya go w/the huge *** studs that Slink went w/ I could'nt tell ya but I can tell ya from exp. they will come out like popcorn at high speeds.. so I would'nt take any chances with the spikes I saw on some other pic.'s( for safety reasons if ya catch me..)

Currently I am still down w/a bum bi-cep but we are gonna attempt ta crash some shiat up as soon as we got some good Ice ..I'll keep ya posted

Yeah becuase the sleds the use them generally don't go very fast--LOL------those are snowmobile carbides, they aren't coming out anytime soon!!! The screws work good if you have bare ice, but the carbides work even better!!!!
