for all who came 7/6 .......
OK here is the full deal, because I know there was alot of confusion yesterday, and I know a lot of you guys were probably pissed about it .........
........Mark from Austrailia and his photographer Jay were supposed to finish up at the Summerslam event at Englishtown and then meet us down by Great Adventure.........
.......however, they did not come down........
.....I had communicated with Mark and Jay by email and by phone for about 2 weeks before and right up to the date...........Mark and I anticipated they would be down at about 5pm yesterday, but he called at about 6:15 pm and said they were still at Summerslam and that the finals were not over, that they had to wait for the end of the finals, and that they would definitely be down, because although it would be late, Mark didn't want to "screw anyone" and still wanted to take the pics......
.......that's why me and a few guys went to get something to eat, because we figured at that point that Mark and Jay would not be down for a while, and we were all hungry.......
......while we were at the pizza place, Mark called me at about 6:45 and said that although the finals were over, Jay was still taking pitures of the racers, and that he STILL wanted to come down, and was going to try to get Jay to leave......
.........Mark then called back at about 7:20 when we were done with the pizza, and told me that Jay wanted to take more pictures of the cars and that they would be at least another hour there at e-town.........being that would mean Mark and Jay getting to us at about 8:30 ish ........we decided to call it off.........
........so we all rode back to the spot to tell the rest of the guys, but you all had gone home, so I figured that I would post it here.
SO IT SUCKS THAT THEY NEVER MADE IT DOWN .....SORRY GUYS....
.........BUUUUUUTTTTTT ........ Mark is going to send me some free mags to give to you guys, and he still wants to do a story on the Jersey Crew. He wants to either get a photographer from here to set up a day to get some pics .... or he wants me to send him some digi pics of you guys doing stuff .....
SO SEND ME YOUR PICS.......PICK LIKE YOUR BEST SHOT AND EMAIL IT TO ME, SO I CAN EMAIL THEM TO HIM ......
