Under Construction

If any of you didn't know, I'm totally repainting my whole bike. I got the bike broke down to it's basic frame and swing-arm, and got it sanded. There's a nice pile of parts in the back of our barn. Just gotta go buy the paint, and finish sanding. I'll get some pictures, but for now(parents house) I'm limited to what I can do online and with computers. When I'm done, it'll be the most YZF600R out there

Uh, thanks you two for officially bastardizing my thread
Sounds like something I'd do. Anyways, I'm planning on painting my frame, swingarm, and wheels tomorrow. With the damn weather the past few days when it wasn't raining I was dying to be on a bike. Catch ya'll later

Erik im just curious but are you concerned about your paint heating up and chipping on your frame? i dont know about your bike but my chassis gets pretty hot when the motor gets above 200

i'm a bastard

and use high temp paint.

i know my frame gets hot, but i honestly don't think it gets hotter than about 130-140 degrees....cause i can still touch it. most automotive paints will withstand that heat easily (think about the hood of a car on a hot summer day).
