Okay...so my father is learning to ride and just wants something cheap to get him through the season. He doesn't have a lot of time so buying a big bad harley isn't the best idea right now.

I know almost nothing about bikes. Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what to look for. We're just looking at little beaters like Honda Shadow's or Suzuki Maxims. Just something cheap that runs and won't cause a lot of problems.

Any tips?

Well the problem is that cheap will not be reliable.. So to speak.. If you like, goto our site, www.rideon.ca and we have a buy and sell....
