I tried to book a hotel 2 days ago online and it said that they were all full for that weekend in Parry Sound (all 3 hotels that were listed, anyways). Hope that it's an error.

I don't think you will find any hotels now as most people have booked their rooms since last summer and some have been booked since the year before and some are booked until the next Bike Rally that is 2005 and 2006, it is nuts. You should try other places maybe just outside Perry Sound or there are even Bed in Breakfast places. Good luck on you search bud!
