The American legal system makes me cringe. Half of those judges need to be fired for the decisions they come up with. And lets not talk about the ambulance chasing lowyers. Kind of sick actually. Mind you, with the gay marriage ruling here our legal system is not that far behind in the craziness. But we are still better.

Another factor of American's cluelessness is due to an education based on theory and concepts that are created to enforce a myth about our inherent superiority as a civilization and a people, rather than a study of the practice of these theories and concepts in a historical and global perspective which would blatantly disprove the validity of the very theories and concepts we are taught.
