This guy still acting like a complete fool all b/c he wasnt allowed to practice with us in an underground spot we had...Which by the way we went to maybe like 4 times total. Have I even met you b4 ? So you can do a sit down no hander good for you man. Glad to see some practice is paying off.
I wont even begin with PC cuz rear peggin was lame 4 years ago..

You make fun of our DVD, say that Scott should be the only making one. Thats a bold statement bro. Talk about swingin on someone sack..You just insulted, Stuntdogz, Iladvized, Radikal, Stunt.ca and every other canadian stunter out there....You didnt like our DVD, well thats to bad. Anytime you want to bring your game to Ottawa, let us know when you are in town. We would be more than happy to put your avatar to the test..

u both have good points about wats out there in canada but the way i see it from a buisness stand point....if im not doing most of the new tricks and put out a top of the line product [eg:servin it up], then for me its not worth it...dont get me wrong ive put lil clips of me together and burnt a few dvds for my friends but thats as far as it goes!!!! i told felix from stunt.ca the same thing...no one wants to watch the same 12 scrapes or wateva over and over.....and from wat ive seen with these dvd a lot of peeps lose money on them....so my save ur money on bike parts and kill it till we catch up to the rest of the world!!!!!

NOW dave read carefully...my mom works 4 the gouverment in otawa, so no i didnt call u all summer to ride 2gether but u didnt also no biggie....so when i heard u had a spot underground i figured it was a good time to break the ice with u guys and come chill and stunt 2gether which was in its own an initiation which was not made by none of us in the past which would have costed ME a pretty penny cuz i dont have a traillor and such so i would have come once or twice thats it(all the efort was by me)!! and instead of being a fellow stunter and wanting to have "fun" U got all bent like a kid cuz i didnt call all summer and now i wanna use u for ur SPOT!!! wats cool in that dave??? so if u read this carefully u should be able to see that i tried to cross the "bridge" but u just burnt it over ur own ego of assuming i needed ur spot....

Don't forget we live in the video editing age.....Euro's are still the cream of the crop at live shows!!

I have no idea who you are....And you have no idea what level our team or some of our riders our at! As I said b4.....Scott is a wicked rider that is getting lots of exposure now that he's riding for Extreme Riderz. Greg from our team IS at his level .....just cause you haven't seen.....doesn't mean its not out HERE!

But don't go Judging other riders here.....cause you have no idea what level they're at. Scott is not Darius....no disrespect to him.

We release our DVD's to bring some level of awareness to our sport to the genral public. Thats where our Demographic is at. We only get 7 months a year to ride......but some aren't far behind the southerners!

Re: Just for .... Durty

The only Canadian STUNT DVD I purchased and felt robbed after watching only half of it was Border City Extremes.( Note I felt Bulletproof was the only one who actually had any skill in that video, although I am sure you have all improved by now!) I own two il advized dvds and I have seen the stuntdogs video as well as street punishment all of which I found entertaining and was ok with the money I spent on them. Support CANADA and CANADIAN products....I don't give a ***** if you can do a no handed circle wheelie while signing an autograph! All types of riding are fun and stunting new and old is fun to watch, especially during our 9month winters. HA. If you make it, they will buy it........How many of you have the original LVX and now think it's lame??? Get over it, just ride!

Re: Just for .... Durty

Clip nuthin!!! Greg can ride like a ****** ******. Enough guys have seen him ride in person here and can vouch for that. (Not that there's anything to prove to anyone here anyways.)

Hating will get you nowhere. I learned the lesson being a little girl a few years ago too. I know from experience that it's usually just jealousy that's behind it all. Practice up, get good and go show off your skills. I was so busy talking smack and thinking I could ride that I never ammounted to **** (as far as a rider anyways)

I'm just glad the drama is over, we're all buddies and I can learn from some of these guys(it's actually paying off too!)

See you guys in the lots.

HATIN ur funny, when people were talkin smack about MANA being this and that everyone was " hatin " till he proved he got game with a clip sooooo just folow certain unwritten rules like no bostin about skill without PROFF end of story.

a little suggestion 4 those who dont know me...dont go jumpin on a bandwagon of something that does not concern u cuz all thats gonna do is create more burnt bridges as apose to gettin together with new people and do wat we love STUNT!!!!

Re: Just for .... Durty

Okay Mr Durrty, i am willing to put this behind me in fact I never had a problem with you. Hell I barely know you. If you knew me at all you would know that I have gone out of my way to help fellow stuntaz around these partz. Hell we even drove to Montreal for the Stunt.ca party last year to support those guys. As well as host all the TO and Montreal guys here last year. So honestly you have no idea if you think I am in this for myself.
The situation with you and the underground spot was simply this..The place was big enuff for maybe 2 bikes to be up at once. Period. It was dangerous as hell in there. I didnt know you..still dont...I believe at the time you were just getting in the stunt game...So was I gonna let u in this place and possibly hurt yourself or others ? To be honest I was never comfy in there myself..Neither were the rest of the team. We were asked that only the 4 of us use it...Now what pissed me off is when I told you that it wouldnt be possible you sent me back this real phucked up PM...Thats what I remember..
Anyway ***** all that...I have openly invited Montreal and Toronto grews over here every year. Lets do it again this year. I am happy that you have put the effort in to get to a level you are happy with..Felix and Eric both know we would luv to have them back here...
So let this shiat die as it aint worth the hassle. Now on to the next point...

Re: Just for .... Durty

Which is the DVD process. First and foremost when we made our DVD it was simply to capture the year and friendships we had made making our way thru the stunt game. Friendships which are still in tact today. I can tell you there is nothing more satisfying than having a few beers and getting those guys together to watch that DVD. Its something that we put alot of time into and will always have..Never once was it a business proposition. We were thankful for the support we got from it as there were alot of local riders who have watched us every busted subframe of the way and were happy to buy it and be part of it. Which is why most of those riders made it in there in the reflection section. I think every stunt crew should go thru this DVD process at least once to appreciate whats involved as well as learn a few things..From an editing perspective it allowed me to learn a new skill which i found to really enjoy. Now the reason we havent put out a 2nd one yet is that we want to make it better than the first as we realise what we could of done better. But it doesnt take away from the fact that we actually managed to put one together from start to finish.
As far as the $$ aspect, well heres a news FLASH, nothing we have done to date has ever made money. The stunt game period is a blackhole of money ranging from bikes to subframes to pegs, cages, tires etc etc. In fact from a pure business perspective well it wouldnt be the thing to get into. However it just seems that on that 1st nice day of the season when you and the crew are out there, having fun and learning some new shiat you forget about the $$ and the pain b/c at that moment you wouldnt trade it. Thats why its worth it. I am fortunate enough to stunt with 3 good friends and have met many more. At the end of the day thats why I do it...

Re: Just for .... Durty

It depends on what you think the meaning of cost is...Time wise that DVD took me (and Tim) about 3 weeks of solid editing at night while going to work everyday..So yeah that hurt for sure. As far as $$ wise well we made a decision to burn them all ourselves..I put together a few computers I had lying around and turned them into DVD burning stations. Was able to do about 5 a time which worked out great and was relatively cheap to do..
All in all I can say we spent about $1000 to get all that setup, burners, harddrive space etc etc..Which we managed to make back at our DVD release party. Like I said we have had really good support from the local riders b/c we still hangout with everyone there. So from there on out it was bonus money we could use for things like vinyl, paying for Vinyl cutter, domain and website costs..
If we would of gone the other way and had someone dupe the DVD's for us well that would of cost alot more...and we just werent willing to do that just yet.
Anyway, its all good. When the weather gets better you are more than welcome to come on over for a practice session or 2...Bring some of the crew..We are also hoping to come and stunt with Felix and Eric sometime this year as well.

well, talking about dvds, yes i'm freinds with bulletproof from bcx and his dvd was basically just him, everyone else in the dvd was learning...so the dvd wasn't all that great but i enjoy watching it...to me, stunting is a great sport, and i love it...so when i see a dvd with the most talented riders it doesn't mean the dvd is the best i've seen...i look for editing and how the dvd is put together..i really don't care if there are circle wheelies and highchair scrapes in it as long as the dvd is fun to watch

Re: Just for .... Durty

Bingo, I own ALOT of stunt DVD's from down south and let me tell you the stunts are on par, but that alone wont make the DVD great...
I actually liked the BCX one b/c it showed a bunch of guys just like us that are trying to practice and get better in this game..Tyler is an awesome rider and I can just imagine what he is doing these days on a bike if he is still at it..
I know he had a bad injury but from what I heard last year he was right back at it..He was doing some wicked coasters 2 seasons ago @ StuntFest Ottawa when the rest of us were just wishing we had that..
So yeah, editing as well as content plays a big part. The Iladvized DVD and the West coast one ( 40oz) was really well edited..
We as Canadian Stunters should all support each other. I luv to see new guys at it and every season it seems there are more and more especially from the Montreal and TO areas....
We will all need to get together once or twice this year cuz I know it would be a blast...

Cheers
