***Pickering Spot - Must Read*** After one of our crew got a disturbing call early this week......I ventured over to the spot today and talked to the property manager.
With the new season....the SPOT has become aloty busier with new riders and people frequenting it more often.....Which is great.
But..................
Tenants in the building have brought up concerns about us being in the lot.
Biggest complaint is that the drivers are being forced to wait as the riders continue to ride......while the trucks roll in/out.....in which is causing them distress during their busy season.
One of the larger tenants has picked up some extra contracts and are running more loads for the next little while.
He suggested we stay away for a couple of weeks....Let them get thru their busy schedule......they will slow down again as summer rolls around.
The tenant has told the property owner that the Police will be called if we continue to interfear.
SO WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID.....PLEASE RESPECT THEIR WISHES, AND FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE SPOT FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS.
Lets not ruin this for everyone.....this is our warning.....If the police are called....It will be considered trespassing!

You know that you can use my lot anytime. We just got to get that $hit signed (Unfortunatly your rep is not on this), but you and I (if we get things squared off), YOU and YOUR GUESTS all can use my lot both evenings (After 5:30 till 8:00 am) and weekends (All times) with no interference from any (Including the cops) harrasments.
It's not the biggest lot, but it's a place to practice and hang out and get your $hiat done and as you know is just down the road from the other location.

anyone else see that huge new warehouse they built across from anendale?? went there to hand in resume and it wont be operational till christmas aparently, and there parking lot is freshly paved and flat, youl proly checked it out already but its somthin...

Its cool...BUT....its got security all over it!!!!!
