Re: Help Needed

when u try to clutch it up make sure u follow through with the throttle....if you are just starting to learn i would recomend that u give a bike a rev or 2 before you let out the clutch just so u are sure of the timing... as u let out the clutch continue to increase the amount of throttle input...u will feel the clutch slip then grab as the bike comes up....if you have a stock clutch and gearing they will usually come up with a bunch of slip...so dont be afraid to gas it...if it is not coming up with the clutch u are not using enough gas...just keep rolling on the gas more and more till you got it all the way up...

hope this helps..kinda hard to explain

Re: Help Needed

The way I learned was stay on the throttle accelerating, and then slip the clutch in and out quickly. The faster you do it, the less the bike will come up. The longer you hold it in, the more time the revs will have to get higher up.

Have one of the boys show you in person, its easier than explaining it. I used to love throttle wheelies, but once you learn the clutch, you'll never go back.

Re: Help Needed

practice makes perfect so get out on an empty road (country) and just keep doing it. thats how I learned and I wouldn't know if showing would help any because clutching is alot differnt from power wheelies.

I can get the tire up, but I guess I am not following thru on the throttle enough. I will just have to keep trying.
