what is it off of? is it a clutch cable or brake cable?

i cant find one long enuff anywhere????

any ideas?

I went to a bicycle store, and you can buy both the cable and housing by the foot. I think the cable comes in 4' lengths or something stupid like that, I know I had tons leftover. I also bought a cheap handle as well. The brackets I used some l brackets, just cut to fit. other than the handle and cable, I made everything else from ***** in my garage

yea i went to a bike shop they said custom cable made for ten bucks....but you realy think it will last?????

too cheap and flimsy for me i think...

i cut the chain guard bracket off and welded it to the inner right side for the bracket....and tomorrow i gotta meeting with a guy who fabs choppers about a one off cable.....

get this....his 50 has a single sided swing arm

that cable is more than enough. The cable has a super strength, it is the same that is on the front of the bike. If you want to goto a motorcycle store, and pay 10 times the amount, go ahead, but you are getting the same *****. the only thing that is flimsy on mine is the bracket, I am getting some plate steel so I can weld it up right.
