"IF" I was a fan and could order it off a website (which I could), and they provide the picture (which they do), and if they ship it to me (which they also do), then $10 seems like a fair price. Sure, it doesn't cost them much to do it, but neither do a lot of things we buy.

Now, if I walked up to them at a show or event with my own picture and said "Hey can you sign this?", I wouldn't expect to pay anything.....If what you guys say is true and they won't sign free autographs then that kinda sucks.

I've never met Pauly or JoJo, so it's not fair for me to judge them just based on what I hear. So until I see for myself everything is cool with me.

With the starboyz you have posters that you can get at shows an if you want you can have an autograph. I mean pretty much all starboy fans like having whatever type of product signed by them. These people buy the products, their spending their dollars on products of choice, and then asking for autographs. I mean the starboyz aren't saying if you want an autograph it cost 10 bucks....

But I think its worth 10 bucks if its just an online situation. You have people who cannot go to their (LVX) shows for instance, and get autographs, so you have a choice to pick from a few well professional shoot photos with an autograph.

If you take away the autograph, I think the photos which are relatively good in size are worth 10 dollars. Depending on the paper material, but I would assume its worth the dollar. Everyone is focusing on the fact that LVX is selling an autograph for 10 bucks a pop. I honestly believe that its the photo image that your paying 10 bucks for, and a chance to get one of those photos autographed.


Now forgive me if I'm wrong, but I don't think LVX is charging people to autograph products at shows...I think they autograph stuff just like everyone else....someone buys your shirt/dvd/video, your a fan, so you ask for an autograph.

If they are selling there hand written names for 10 bucks, then I can see the big disagreement.

I just think a lot of people are getting a bit confused is all. Its the photo that cost 10 bucks, autograph really isn't costing you anything...I really don't think there charging you 10 bucks for just a single autograph. I mean I wont pay 10 bucks for an autographed napkin you know??!

But all in all..yea I would get one...I like the photos..their well done...I don't mind paying 10 bucks for it...if I can get an autograph to go with it, sure why not...

LVX tends to market to general public.... they are a business therefore their income relies on who is coughing up money the public is a much better resource then the stunting community. Fans will pay for something personal to feel they are in someway connected to that person or thing. I know I for one would not pay for an autographed picture of any of my idols...but that is just me.

I know a lot of controversy here lies on some supposed thing that some LVX member did.. Just remeber this. they pretty much have isolated themselves from the stunting community, leave them be and they will continue to market themselves to the general public while everyone else grows into a tightly knit family. eventually.... If they do have very little skill they will become a thing of the past.

Let bigons be bigons. If LVX or anyone wants to talk **** about anyone leave it alone and it will go away.

If LVX is the way they are.....isolated (and we ALL know it) Why do they have a board here at Stuntlife? No I'm not saying they need to go away, but if they really aren't contributing and are just laying in the cut.....whats the point? Again this is only my thought and doesn't neccasarily need an answer.

 

Well stuntlife is available to everyboyd....there are tons of people on here that are just fans of the sport. I guess that's why they have a forum here.

 

the boards exist so that fans can come to these forums and communicate with each team....that is the reason LVX is on here. That is the primary reason that most boards are here... that, and to communicate with each other.

These board are and will be crucial to the sport growing as this is where everyone comes to get info about events groups etc. Even if they (LVX) have isolated themselves they still need to communicate with their fans......and if the fans end up wandering the site and find out about your group or mine that is a def + for us and perhaps we will gain another fan or customer.

Good luck pulling the team JOJO, I havent seen ya yet, but I wish you the best, my advice is to show up at some of the events and ride, unless you are all business......in which case, enjoy the light while you can, people still want to see **** not hear about it, and these days the sandards are high!!!

How can anyone even think of a name to call you without looking stupid for saying it? With the responce you just gave, I believe it is impossible. You really didn't slam, slander or second-guess anyone.
